Subscriptions, Trials, and Restore Purchases
Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple account settings, restore purchases after reinstalling,
and note that refunds, billing, and renewal rules are handled by Apple.
iCloud Sync
Sync depends on Apple CloudKit / iCloud services, the same Apple account across devices, and
iCloud being enabled in system settings.
Reminder Notifications
Reminders depend on local notification permissions, and Low Power Mode, system policy, or device
settings may affect delivery.
Voice Notes and Voice Creation
Voice notes require microphone access, and press-and-hold voice creation also requires
speech-recognition permission and may involve AI-assisted processing.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Restore Purchases
- Auto-renewable subscriptions, trials, and lifetime purchase options are provided through Apple App Store services.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
- If you change devices or reinstall the App, use the in-app restore purchase flow.
- Refunds, billing, and renewal rules are handled by Apple.
iCloud Sync
- iCloud sync depends on Apple CloudKit / iCloud services.
- Make sure your devices are signed into the same Apple account.
- Make sure iCloud is enabled in system settings.
- If you turn off the in-app iCloud Sync switch, new sync activity stops.
Reminder Notifications
- Reminders depend on local notification permissions.
- If reminders are missing, check whether notification access is enabled in system settings.
- Low Power Mode, system policy, or device settings may affect reminder delivery.
Voice Notes and Voice Creation
- Voice notes require microphone access.
- Press-and-hold voice creation requires microphone and speech-recognition permissions.
- If your current version includes AI-assisted creation, transcript text may be sent to a developer-controlled proxy service and a third-party AI provider in order to generate event suggestions.
Data and Privacy
- The current version does not require a separate account.
- Your core data primarily lives on your device and, if enabled by you, in your iCloud / CloudKit environment.
- If you do not want transcript text involved in AI processing, do not use AI-assisted creation.

Delete Data and Manage Permissions
- delete events, categories, custom covers, and voice notes inside the App
- disable iCloud sync inside the App
- revoke microphone, speech-recognition, and notification permissions in system Settings
- uninstall the App to remove local data from your current device
There is no standalone account-deletion workflow because the App does not require a separate account.
